About this pro
Working with Coty was great! She took time to learn about my business and my vision. The turnaround time was covert quick and she was super open to suggestions to make sure my logo represented me and my company perfectly. I cannot day enough good things!May 15, 2018
Coty has been amazing to work with! She was very flexible and receptive to all of my requests and never once showed any frustration with my ongoing changes. I mean very picky, LOTS of changes. She worked diligently on my project while on vacation! To me, that says it all. She was so dedicated to getting it perfect for me and let me know what she was up to every step of the way; if I should expect delays and why. She sent me information about licensing and directed me when selecting a font when I was clueless about the rules. My overall experience has been incredible and I will definitely be working with Coty again for future projects! I highly recommend her to others as well!Sep 8, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For smaller design projects, I tend to quote a price flat out at the beginning of the project. For larger hourly quoted design projects, my rate is $25 per hour of work. For photography projects, pricing can range from $100 to $200 per hour. This depends on the number of images needed and the type of project. To ensure that I am giving my clients the best estimate for their budgeting purposes, I offer all potential clients a free 30-minute consultation to discuss their projects before I give them a total estimate of the cost of the project and the number of hours needed. In addition, as projects are nearing their quoted length and cost, I will update clients to ensure they are aware of where they are with their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For any project, I like to start my process by offering my clients a free consultation. This will help me ensure I am on the right path for my client's project and that I can complete their project in a timely manner. For design projects, I will then provide three to five different concepts. From there we can mix and match and make the design what you want it to be and narrow down to the final design. For photography, we will then set a time and date for the photoshoot. Most edits for hour-long shoots can be completed within 2 weeks and will be given as digital downloads to the client with full rights for printing, sharing, and reproduction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor's degree in Creative Advertising and a minor in Fine Arts from Syracuse University and recently completed my Master’s degree in Strategic Communications at Washington State University. Additionally, I have continued learning with one-off courses at a local design school in Seattle, Washington and the University of Washington. Professionally, I have six years of design experience between two full-time positions, one part-time position, and volunteer design positions.
