Golly, working with Abby is truly a fun experience. If you have an idea, she will run with it. If you need an idea, she will amaze you with her scope of knowledge. Abby actually LISTENS to you and formulates a plan resulting in a win-win all around. The catering business is a multi- faceted industry. It can be unpredictable. Handling unplanned situation takes a flexible and stable personality. Abby has the ability to graciously take over and go to Plan B at a moments notice while smiling all the time; problem solved!
Her personality is delightful, working with her is more fun than “a barrel of monkeys”. The preparation, presentation and serving of the actual food, is amazing. I am always pleasantly surprised to see her final product and I have to ask myself, “How did she do all of this?” That is her job, she does it well. Hire this person you will not be disappointed.

I use to work with Abby and knew what a great job she was capable of so, when my new company asked me to secure a caterer for our Annual Employee Party (300+), I called her. What I wasn't expecting was how she not only provided EVERYTHING my company requested (which was no easy task), but how she hit it out of the park!!! We have a very diverse group and, in the past, previous caterers were unable to meet the needs/likes of everyone or they ran out of food before everyone could eat. Graenbeen Catering provided a beautiful presentation, food items were always hot and fresh, and Abby's team was constantly filling the buffet table.
The comments from staff were all 5-Star! Requests have been made to be sure to have the same caterer for next years party. Thank you Abby and Team!!!

Abby is Amazing!!! She has catered numerous events for me from 8 to 75. Her food is creative and innovative my guests are always impressed and the conversation is always about the food. I find Abby to be very professional, on time and works within my budget.

Abby and I have worked together on several occasions. When catering, her top goal is to ensure her client has no worries about all aspects of the event. Abby will go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of in advance - she even brings her own trash can when necessary. She is the kind of woman who isn't afraid to do whatever the job takes - from making 400 hand crafted chicken skewers to teaching classes on how to make pasta. Her work is professional, delicious, and good fun too!
