Heather always goes above and beyond to take care of our dogs! She is incredibly kind and clearly loves our furry friends! We were right away impressed with her text updates post visit. She always tells us what her visit and walks were like and sends us pictures of the dogs to brighten up our day! Heather also does nice little things like bringing in packages and filling up the dogs water bowls. Puget Paws makes our lives easier by always being willing to schedule with us regardless of little or lots of notice- I've actually never heard her say she can't be there when I request an appointment. She always gets us our first choice of scheduling times. We have been so very pleased with her and Puget Paws!

Puget Paws went above and beyond for me and my boxer, Lola- I was incredibly impressed. Heather took the time to really get to know Lola, and make sure she was a good fit for us. She took the time to understand my dog's needs, and how to best work with her. While I was in China for 10 days, Heather and her team were very accommodating and responsive with working with my boyfriend to take care of her. They took her for walks in the middle of the day, and texted my boyfriend a report each day with how it went. They gave her treats (with our permission) and lots of pets after each walk- so I know my dog was living the life of luxury! I was really thankful for Puget Paws, and would recommend them to anyone! It's nice to know I have a reliable dog walker for when I head out of town. :)

Heather responds super fast, sends pictures and is always there when and for how long she says. I reached out to her as a backup for our English Bulldog Olivia and I am so glad I did. Not only will she take in packages and water the plants, but Olivia has someone to play with, and someone who absolutely cares. In the past we have used other companies and Heather exceeded our expectations 100%!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I needed someone last minute to take care of my dogs and Heather made the process very easy. She was very friendly and professional and the dogs loved her!The text messages and photo updates were great.I will definitely use Puget Paws again! Highly recommended.

Heather is terrific! She has walked our dog almost daily for the last 4 months as well as providing pet sitting for us when we were out of the country. She is 100% reliable, very professional and Griffey loves her. She always sends texts and pictures from her walks. Highly recommended!!
