I have been working with computers and electronics since I was a little kid. I have always enjoyed learning how things work and fixing them. I took my first electronics class in third grade.
I enjoy getting to know people and helping them get the most out of the technologies that are supposed to make their lives easier. Too often these technologies cause unnecessary frustrations. I get great satisfaction from helping people by simplifying and removing the frustration from their tech.

Matthew David was EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. 6 stars if that rating existed. He was so easy to work with a delightful man. We spoke the same tech language at least we communicated well. I throw my hands in the air mumble a bad word and say it just does not work, fix it. He understood my tech talk and solved all of my problems. In fact every time I use a device every thing works wonderfully. I did not know I had a problem but Matthew made everything perfect!!!!!! I love my devices again and look forward to using my devices. The hourly rate is wonderful. When I sent Thumbnail a email, Matthew emailed me in 5 minutes. I was desperate for immediate help. I had to print a document by Friday or lose money.
I tried to call some big reputable tech firms, they wanted me to explain my problems with official technical terms, even the name of my network!!!!!!!!!
When I spoke to Matthew I just listed some of the things that did not work. He could help at 10:00 AM on Thursday.He said it would take approx. 3-4 hours. He was exactly right. Of course the more he fixed the more I wanted him to look at. He did, with a smile. He wants to be helpful and go the extra 10 miles. I can call him if I have more problems.
He is so smart, knowledge, and I would recommend him to any and everyone I know. Try him, you will understand and thank me for sharing Matthew
