Introduction: I love homes, but I especially enjoy working with new or first time home buyers. The excitement that these people have is infectious. It gives me an opportunity to answer a lot of questions they have but also make them aware of things that they might not have even known to ask about. I love homes and teaching potential owners about theirs. It's always a treat to get to go into a house and understand how it was built and what the reasons were for the design or materials used in the age in which it constructed.
