Robby was on time and ready to help. In about just 10 minutes my MAC was running like new again. He gave me a couple of heplfull tips to keep it running smoothly. ( DONT USE MACKEEPER) its spam. Way better than the Geek Squad. If your having difficulties and need help he is the guy to help you. Thanks Robby.

He showed up right on schedule and immediately diagnosed the problem. We went to QFC and bought some supplies and returned to my place and he put everything in order, all in less than an hour. Very impressive!!

Robby was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Responded very fast to our request and communication was very easy. We had hard drive issues and he diagnosed them fairly quickly and got it all back up and running in an hour. Would contact again for future services. Highly recommended.
