- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies depending upon the specific work to be done for an company. This is usually determined after the initial telephone conversation and review of a companies' books.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes an initial phone conversation to determine if it makes sense for us to work together. I ask questions about the business and if it is determined where I can provide value or solve a problem, I request a deposit and start with review of the company's books for the purpose of planning, strategizing, or problem solving (the deposit is 100% refundable if we decide not to proceed).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of total accounting and finance experience. My graduate and undergraduate degrees are both in Accounting.
