- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer special reduced pricing for our Thumbtack Clients based on their needs for the session they request. We recommend scheduling a phone conversation to discuss the specifics of your session, that way we can make sure we fully understand your expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to chat with you prior to your session to make sure we know exactly what you're looking for. We also want to make sure you're comfortable with us and know what to expect before your session. This will lead to more successful shoot with results you're happy with. For most sessions we can accomplish this with a phone call. However, if you're trying to book a wedding with us, we think this is better achieved with a face to face meeting. Let's have some coffee and talk about your day!
