Each program and package is custom made according to your goals, aspirations and needs in a way that works best for you. Together we will get you where you want to go from the inside out and will include support in mindset, body health and empowerment utilizing the following: - Health Coaching - Meal Prep and Planning Support - Private Personal Training - Life Coaching My world is lit up when I can assist people in stepping in their own power and taking ownership over the life they want to live whether that be in creating a body they love, making long term health achievable or stepping into a deep sense of empowerment to live the life they desire. I have seen time and time again, that when someone transforms their body and mind, they transform their life. A certain sense of confidence, empowerment and self-expression becomes unleashed and they step into a life they love in a way they love. Coaching available via zoom. Victoria is exactly the trainer I manifested! She is professional, kind, inspiring and knows so much about how the body works. She is fun and friendly but not annoyingly perky. (Important to me!) She puts together fun and effective workouts but can modify them in a snap if something pulls or strains me. I feel very safe and secure that I wont get injured working out with her but am sore in a good way the next day. I recommend her if you're looking for someone to help you get back into shape or to help you achieve your fitness goals!

Victoria is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with! She helped me not just by providing workouts tailored to me and my chronic illnesses, but she taught me how to make my own plans and empowered me to listen to my body and not guilt myself when I truly need to take it easy. She's also just the coolest person to be around, has a great sense of humor and isn't afraid to be a dork to keep things fun. She makes it a thing you WANT to do, not something you feel obligated to do. After working with Vee, I feel like I have a better foundation for meal planning and making well balanced meals and also a strong foundation for making and meeting goals.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rate vary depending on type of package purchased. Packages are tailor made to each client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we begin coaching sessions, we have a 20 minute complimentary consultation to make sure I understand your goals and to see that we are a good fit for one another. Assuming we are a good fit, we get to work. We start off with creating a master plan to achieve your goals and work backwards to wherever you are. I am by your side the entire time until we get you to the finish line.
