THEY WERE A NO CALL NO SHOW TODAY! They ruined my whole moving experience and they did it to another person too. We emailed back and forth and confirmed for today and then they did not show up or respond to any of my emails or calls the day of our scheduled move. It was supposed to be 2PM Today 5/20. I will never use Thumbtack again. Thanks for nothing. I paid $500 to have movers move my one bedroom worth of stuff. I hired two movers thinking that it would only take 3 hours. They showed up 20 minutes late and It took 6 hours total with the movers getting lost for an hour. I still have stuff left at my old place that I will need to move myself, but because they were taking so long I opted for them to move on so I didn't have to pay $1000 to move my one bedroom. I had packed up all the things so it's not like they had a lot of packing to do, and I loaded the wardrobe boxes myself. At one point the mover used our tape to wrap the furniture because he had forgotten to take it up from his truck and they were running late. After unpacking my things I noticed that my furniture (dresser, coffee table) has dents in it and one of my glasses was broken. I noticed that they stacked heavier items on top of my boxes that said "FRAGILE" on them. I'm honestly lucky that a lot more wasn't broken, despite everything being wrapped carefully in bubble wrap. I would hope that spending $500 on a move would get all of your items from one place to the next without having to move your own stuff and without having things broken. Hi, whoever are you. If you are trying to put bad marks on the name of the company, we are honestly taking care of, it is not gonna work. Our team never took 5-6 hours to move one bedroom apartment. And even 5-6 hours work will never cost $500 with the rates we provide in the market. That is first. Second of all, do not remember smashing the boxes while stacking or transporting items. Our team is experienced, and our customers always happy about the services we provide. Read the reviews. From your words, I can tell, that you have some experience in moving services. If you are the real customer, then give us a call. And we will fix everything. 833 624 1333. Which I do not believe that you are the real customers. The funny thing about this platform, thumbtack does not care about review system. Here most of the poor reviews came from people we never served. Which is really sad, when you put in the effort, work hard, but some people who can not provide such service, are trying to scam on us. But people know whom to hire!!!Good luck!!!
