- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge by the hour, at a rate of $35. However, for our summer time promotion, we are offering 15% off your first cleaning and 35% off any additional cleanings for all Thumbtack clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new client is scheduling a time to come out and meet the client to learn what their cleaning needs are. During our first visit, we usually like to have the client give us a tour of the home to identify any major areas we should focus on. We then provide our clients with an estimated bid of services, based on the type of cleaning services the client chooses. Our initial estimates we are usually accurate, however there are acceptations. If for any reasons our cleaner need to go over their time during their first cleaning, they will only do so at the client’s consent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to establishing the Spirit Maids Company, Rose Marie, CEO and Founder of the company, worked as a medical assistant, for over 6 years. After graduating from college with a Nursing Degree, Rose became a Director of an Adult Family Home, where she learned how to advocate for healthy living, while ensure the best possible care and quality of life for not only her residents but their families and the community at large. When asked about how her experiences ties into her current position as a business owner, Rose says, "I learned that Quality Care, is all in the details."
