- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This topic is discussed with each client. Some need assistance selling AND buying which creates further opportunity for me to assist with a credit, closing costs, etc. The cost of the property also plays a role. No matter what, the experience for our clients should be seamless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new clients and learn about them, their goals and how I can best support them. It's important to learn how to best communicate with each person, as there are many ways and some are more effective than others for people. If selling, I like to see the home and prepare an analysis that speaks to the area and home. It's important to be honest and ethical with my clients about potential pricing. I do not wish to win listings by telling clients the price they want to hear. Instead, it's critical to gain insight into their reasoning and take emotion out of the conversation with the goal to have the most accurate result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications in relocation, home buying and home selling. Additional classes have been taken in the Art of Negotiation, Title/Escrow and Marketing for Real Estate.
