- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I currently offer one standard package which includes two meetings prior to the wedding and full day coordination on the day of the wedding. I charge an additional fee for a second venue and or travel over 30 miles. Couples can also choose to book additional meetings in advance of the wedding depending on their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you have received my quote I'm happy to speak over telephone and provide additional information and answer any questions you might have about my services. I then book an intake meeting with the couple 3 months out from the wedding. 2-3 weeks before the wedding we will check in again to review all the details for the day of and go over any changes. The day of the wedding I'm available for the full day to provide support with set up, breakdown and will maintain the schedule of events while providing any support that the couple might need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of event management experience expediting everything from weddings to galas and international conferences for anywhere between 100 and 3,000 guests.
