- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on 1. The amount of people to be served. 2. The type of services/materials needed for the event. 3. The amount of time to be spent during operating. 4. The type of food to be served at the event. i.e. buffet style or single entrees per person etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to connect with our guests to get a feel for the type of event we would be working. Second we like to discover the services/needs of the guests during hours of operation. Third we make a recommendation based off our experience with the amount of people we will be serving. Lastly, we would draw up a catering agreement contract for both parties to agree and close on.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with corporate offices, birthday parties, private catering, high school fundraisers, elementary school gatherings, christenings, business picnics, festivals and curbside service through Seattle Curbside.
