I talked to Ashley from Bee's because my pipes were squirting.
She was professional and answered my all of my questions quickly. Her customer service was too notch. I never had a better experience trying to get service.
This is definitely a company that I will reach out to again. I highly recommend.

Today was my first time to Use Bee's Plumbing. I had a rather urgent issue at one of my rentals. Since the rainy season started back there was a string smell of sewerage coming from a basement Toilet. I put the job on Thumbtack and within minutes I got a response from Melissa. Within 30 minutes I have 8 companies that contacted me about the job. I chose Bee's on a gut feeling as Melissa seemed to be so responsive, friendly & organized. She quickly called me back, set me up for an appointment at a time that suited me and as soon as we finished the call I got a text AND an email (which I love as I hate using paper), to confirm the appointment and also a Bio of Carlton the plumber. He arrived ahead of time, quickly assessed the issue, recommended a repair and once I approved, completed it and was done and gone within the hour. He was awesome. You hear stories of plumbing companies who just want to get the most $'s out of a customer, especially one who has no choice. Not Bee's, the total cost was the $99 call out charge. Bee's are my go to guys from this day on for my rentals & my home. Thank You Guy's!!!

I received a call from Bee's almost immediately after I posted the request on Thumbtack. They're scheduling team is amazing! There were so responsive and diligent as I had to coordinate details with my husband who was traveling. The were able to deploy a plumber the very next day. The plumber called as soon as he arrived and then again once he diagnosed the situation. Hi fixed it and and did a great job. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and would definitely hire them again!
