- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $80/hour and I require payment at each lesson. I don't charge for drive-time or prep-time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For SAT / ACT students: I recommend you take a practice test prior to our first lesson so I can get a baseline and sense of what areas to focus on with you. I will provide you with this test free of charge. A standard session with me is 90 minutes, either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs. I'm also available to conduct sessions remotely, using Skype or Googlehangouts.
