Ruby worked really hard to match my hair color to the photo I brought in. She actually reapplied product a second time when the first result was too light. She explained about the color and listened to what I wanted. The color came out exactly what I had asked for. Ruby takes as much time as needed to “get it right” so the client is happy. She is also very easy to talk to - we had a great conversation while I was there. I highly recommend Ruby. She is a great colorist and stylist.
