- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There are no hidden fees with us. We don't charge for stairs, long hallways or staging. You pay ONE hourly rate and that's it! Our cash rate start our at $95 per hour for the first 2 movers and goes up $30 each additional mover.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We first start out by collecting information from you about your move; such as where you are moving, what you are moving, seeing if you have any concerns and what you expectations are. Based on the information collected, we will help you estimate how many hours your move will take. Once the amount of time is agreed on, we will get you schedule for your move. Credit card information is collected on all bookings in order to hold and guarantee your spot, nothing is charged until your move is complete. Once you are scheduled you will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. On Moving Day: You will receive a reminder phone call or texted when your movers are in route. Once your movers arrive, your Crew Lead will perform a 5-10 minute walk-through, obtain any instructions you may have for them, take a few photo's of the items being moved and have you initial the start time on our company work order. Work will begin and continue until completed. Once the work has been completed, your Crew Lead will have you sign off of the stop time and go over any questions you may have. Our Customer Service Team will contact you the next day (Generally over the phone) to insure your 100% satisfaction Lastly you will receive a e-mailed invoice/receipt of your final charges from our customer services team.
