Introduction: I genuinely care about each of my students. My philosophy is one of acceptance and mindfulness. Yoga is more about the mind than the physical aspects. We can focus on the physical body in our asanas, sure, but the real work happens between the ears - accepting that our bodies and lives are constantly changing every moment and true peace comes from accepting the current moment however it exists.
I have been practicing yoga since 2003 and have experience with Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Rocket, and Yin. It has always been such a positive and grounding force in my life, and I am so thrilled each time I get the opportunity to share it with others. I love introducing yoga to folks who have never tried it before just as much as I love creating advanced flows complete with arm balances and inversions!
