- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Sessions are held at The Seattle Gym (1530 Queen Anne Ave N). I can also travel to train with clients, schedule, location & time permitting. I do charge a Travel Fee of $10. If cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the tots session fee. If you are interested in Couples Training, the two of your will get a discount instead of paying for two individuals. $25 for every add-on. Buying a 5-session package (30-60 minute sessions) will give you a 5% discount. Buying a 10-session package will give you a 10% discount. Clients can pay in personalized installment plans. Student discounts available. My current client rates are: 30 Minute Session: $50, 45 Minute Session: $70, 60 Minute Session: $85, plus the discounts described above. For every client you refer to me, you will get a free session!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, I like to sit down with my potential client to discuss goals, previous training history, past or current injuries, time frame in which the training needs to be done/how many sessions per week and questions or concerns a client may have before stepping into a workout. A BMI and Body Composition test is optional if a client chooses to assess those numbers. Secondly, I will take that information home with me to design a personalized workout program for the client. This program will include stretches, workout format, workout goals & the intention behind the exercises included. After that, workouts begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelor of Arts in Science, Technology & Society from University of Puget Sound in 2016. National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer Certification. 2017 4x AAU Powerlifting World Champion, Junior Division (Powerlifting Total Record: 650lbs, Deadlift Only Total Record: 308lbs) 2018 3x AAU Powerlifting WA State Champion, Open Lifetime Division (Powerlifting Total Record: 655lbs, Squat Total Record: 231lbs, Bench Total Record: 115lbs, Deadlift Total Record: 308lbs)
