Introduction: Project 968 is a West Seattle gym that specializes in general fitness. What makes us unique is that we provide both strength and cardio workouts for members to do on their own time, on the days that work best for their schedule.
In addition to providing a new workout daily, members have access to a personal trainer to teach proper movements, demonstrate exercises, ask general health and fitness questions, and a Saturday boot camp, all included with their membership.
Working with individuals of all fitness capabilities and showing them how to properly exercise to reach their goals while reducing the likelihood of injury.
