If I could give zero stars, I would. So disappointed in the service and the lack of professionalism I received. I'm attaching the email I sent to them that never got a reply back. Also I will attach 4 photos of the "job" they did. Beware and stay far away! Thank you for the $75 credit back but I still am unsure what was done for $225. I had to spend an extra 3 hours at the house touching up everything. My husband was active duty and in the 7 moves that we have had, this has been the worst experience of them all. I could not believe the lack of service and professionalism that the ladies lacked. I was informed my vacant house was currenly cleaner than the ladies residence, before she did the cleaning (that should've been red flag #1). Red flag #2 was when she told me my house was so clean and the job isn't going to take them long at all. I truly feel even paying $225 far exceeds the amount of work that was done. I had to go through the entire kitchen and clean out every cupboard and drawer ( I had paid extra for this service), clean out the freezer, reclean the oven that was barely touched, the drain in the kitchen was not touched, and reclean the streaked windows. On top of that, my kitchen real wood floor is now stained with some sort of cleaning product in front of the oven. None of my baseboards in the home were touched, along with all the window seals. There was cleaning product that was left on the toilet and light switch. Under the sink in the bathrooms were never wiped down and cleaned. Whatever kind of "cleaning" I received, it was nowhere close to a move out clean. The last thing I wanted or felt comfortable with was the same team who came in and half-assed the job to begin with, to try and redo the same. Hello Leah, Thank you for your feedback. We do value all of our clients and it’s important that maintain the quality through all of our cleanings. We did offer to have the team return the following day to fix anything that was missed. And also offered an alternate team for Two days after the very original cleaning. Our policy is if a client is ever not 200% satisfied with a cleaning, we offer to go back within a 7 day window to fix anything that was missed. If a reclean is denied, a client forfeits any rights to any refunds or credits. Management was made aware of the re-clean being denied, and still wanted to offer the $75 credit as a courtesy due to you wanting to turn your key in. We do apologize that there was things that were missed and it is unfortunate we weren’t able to come back to make things right. We have submitted images of the teams work as well for your reference via Facebook We thank you for accepting the $75 courtesy credit for services and please do let us know if there is anything we can do to earn your business again in the future.
The first two visits, Kathy was incredible! I’m going to have her back regularly now. I can’t live without the house feeling and looking the way she left it! Thank you!!! The 3rd time she cancelled and the 4th time - the first time I wasn't home, the toilets were left with grossness under the seats and the floors weren't moped or even swept in most areas, none of the chair lower rungs were dusted nor was the piano, the bathrooms weren't mopped. They refused to refund my money and demanded I make time in my schedule to let them come back at a time not convenient with my work schedule within the next 7 days. Horrible. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The Green Bee Team wants to make everything as easy as possible. That being said, we do not treat a new customer any different than a recurring one. It is the same flat rate pricing for everyone, whether it is your first or tenth cleaning.
- What types of customers have you worked with?We have worked with all different types of people from different backgrounds and professions. You name it, we probably have done it; college dorms, luxury homes, offices, apartments, etc.
