- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We sometimes run sales and promotions, if the project is bigger we can also add discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting, we schedule an appointment for free estimate and interior design consultation. After agreeing on a project cost, customer makes a deposit for 50% of the cost and the rest is paid in full after the project is completed to full satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold General Contractor license for Washington state and are fully bonded and insured.
