- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I order to offer flat rates but if I'm unsure I'll default to an hourly rate. I always offer the following discounts - -senior citizens discount -handy capable discount -move in discount (must provide proof od move within the last two months and does not apply to packing, unloading, or hauling jobs I do assess risk to the tasks, if there is a higher risk than normal I assess a higher rate for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to tell you what I know, I believe the honest approach is the best approach because at the end ofthe day this is my livelihood and I like doing it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tons of practical experience helping friends, family, building my own, and the work I've bern able to pick up over the last year in furniture builds, landscaping, and small in home repairs including installing toilet, changing the flange (usuall the problem when the base of the toilet is leaking, running a water line to your fridge, fixing as leaky sink, and more.
