What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with clients on a contract basis and fees are charged based on the amount of time I spend with a client and when I am working on their projects. The fees are customized accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a complementary session to determine if it is a good fit to work together. To determine what the client is looking for and how that fits with the work I am best at supporting. My goal is for there to be complete transparency about our engagement (no surprises!)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in finance and I am a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER. I have worked in marketing, sales and business development for over 25 years. I have also owned and operated a general contracting business with my husband since 1996.
