Introduction: As an integrative, holistic therapeutic practitioner of the body and soul, I am called to facilitate healing on all levels, and to serve people who are seeking to improve the quality of their lives. I blend both modern methods and ancient wisdom to treat the whole person to reduce stress, release trauma, support addiction recovery and create overall wellness. I see clients on a one to one basis for their personal work as well as in group workshop settings. I love to blend a variety of modalities, including Healing Massage, CranioSacral and Polarity Therapy, earth-based Energy Practices and Reiki to design a unique approach for each person who chooses to work with me. I am called to inform, facilitate healing and serve people who are in search of a way to clear their past and improve the quality of their lives.

I recently had the Shakti Shamanic Energy Medicine Session and it was a very powerful healing session. It combined massage, energy work, sound healing and other modalities. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and balanced both on a physical and spiritual level! I have a very stressful corporate job and feel so blessed to live in Sedona and have access to Paula on a regular basis. Her sessions are pretty amazing!

Paula was wonderful! She took the time to listen to my needs before I booked and chose her. Once I was in her Studio, I immediately felt her energy - and it was soft, yet very powerful ~ and I felt so 'safe' and secure in her care. Paula did both cranio-sacral therapy, incorporating it with her Shamanism (she even used sound healing with her bowls!) I was amazed how she intuitively knew what my body was telling her . I've gone through a very deep life change recently which she recognized immediately without my telling her. She then helped me to remove the debris from both my physical and energetic body. I almost feel lighter now and so very relaxed... Now I wish there was someone like her where I lived! I feel the value vs. what I spent far exceeded my expectations. No hidden costs either. Now That, was a pleasant surprise. I recommend Paula to anyone seeking either (or both) massage, cranio-sacral and shamanic work... I am going back again before going home because I feel she knows me so well that we can continue the work I want done to complete this transition I've been going through. Thank you, Paula .. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They fill out a simple information form, we spend several minutes reviewing their needs and determining the best modalities to use.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Massage Therapist in both Arizona and Florida. I have completed a Craniosacral Therapy program of study and graduated from the Masters program of the Four Winds Healing Light Body School of Energy Medicine.
