FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on client goals, outcomes, scope and intensity of the work, programs chosen, and duration of our time together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical new student enrolls in an Introductory program. This allows the client to evaluate the training to insure that it is right for them. It also allows me to evaluate the client/student, to insure that they will actually do the work involved and necessary in developing the skills they say they're seeking. During this introductory process, we determine where the client is with regards to their goals, uncover sticking points and blocks to success, and also decide on and set a few short-term goals that they can begin working on immediately. Then, together we decide whether a standard (private or group) program, or a custom training plan will be best as the natural next step. Either way, the client/student receives regular on-going interaction (via email, phone, or in-person), between-class/session assignments and "action-work," etc.,, based on the program and needs of the client to get to their predetermined goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former police officer, undercover detective, private investigator and bodyguard. Martial Arts and Life Mastery instructor and initiated lay-teacher in the Tendai School of Japanese Esoteric Buddhist Studies. I have also studied NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Facial Expressions and Emotions, and other science-based studies that prove the lessons of ancient masters work in a very real sense.
