- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are average for the market. I will give discounts for added services or people. If you have more than 2 people I will wave the travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers that are new to massage or new to the modality I am doing will get guidance in what to expect. I always tell people the first rule of massage is: talk to me. Tell me if it's too little, too much, too weird ect. The second rule is drink plain water.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
