- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to take the chance to get know our customers before we work together on a project. What they like, what they envision, and what they expect from a contractor. We know having work done can be stressful and unnerving. We want to know our customers well enough to make things comfortable for them. Once we are all on the same page, we'll send final digital estimates and proposals by email that you can print or view online making it easy to review.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Sometimes it's even hard to do business with friends and family... So make sure your fully comfortable with who your considering working with. Set yourself up for a successful project by asking the contractors your considering to hire questions first. Have them describe their process and methods for what your inquiring about. How do they plan to protect the rest of your property during the job? How do they plan to schedule the job? Asking questions like these will help you get a feel for how well things will go working with them.
