- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do most of the service calls my self. I’m able to offer very fair pricing since I have very little over head.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather as much info as possible. Than schedule and appointment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Maryland and played lacrosse for two years. I’ve been threw too many certification programs to even mention. Lol
