Introduction: Attention to detail is the name of the game in a great shot, and that is what sets me apart as a photographer and director of my subjects. At my job, I am in the studio perfecting every little detail all day every day, from that one piece of hair that needs to be adjusted, to a shirt that is uneven. So expect every detail to be taken care of in my freelance work as well. Even while being a perfectionist, the experience we will have will be unforgettable. Aside from the finely tuned photos, I am always eager to capture real expressions from couples and individuals who are having a great time with each other. I am simply the humble director who just wants folks to have photos of themselves enjoying life together. Delivering the type of photos that couples and individuals will cherish forever. I also enjoy co-creating a fun experience with individuals by exploring our surroundings, and facilitating drawing emotion out of folks to make the expressions really...real.

Monica graciously did a personal photoshoot for me and a partner in early January. She was extremely professional, as well as kind, flexible, and open to suggestions in terms of poses and shot types. Monica also gave wonderful suggestions of her own. It is clear that she is a talented individual who is full of passion and bright ideas. I highly recommend her for your photoshoot!

Where do I start, really needed help in my humanities two class which had a lot of writing, I found Monica and she was the best, I only had two days to complete the paper I needed done, Monica came through and got it done the same day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are $100 per photoshoot. This includes: couple's shoots, engagement photos, and boudoir. That price covers both the photoshoot, and the edits. You will get your photos the same day!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being selected on Thumbtack, we will speak about details such as time and place of the photoshoot via phone call or video chat. Then, we will arrange to meet at public place near the location, such as a Starbucks. From there, we will head on over to the location and get started!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working for a year in the country's largest old time photography studio. Here, I have had training from industry leading fashion photographers, school photographers, their training equaling over 50 years of experience.
