What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our websites are less trhan $1200 with the majority between $500-$800. We have websites starting at $299. Logo Design is usually $100-$125 in most cases. We offer Social Media services that usually average $125-$200 a month.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know our customers business and their vision for their company. We can't design a great website without those 2 factors. We want to know how they want to grow, who are they targeting, and what message are they saying.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have training and certificates in marketing and management. As former and current managers, district managers, and owners in the service, retail, and restaurant fields we bring our expertise in those fields along with a knowledge of how those industries work.
