FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New clients fill out an intake form regarding medical history and the areas of the body that are experiencing discomfort. Following questions that help me provide the best massage possible, the client is given privacy to get on the table, fully draped. When ready, I will begin the session. Only the area that I am working on is exposed. Usually sessions are 1 hour long but I am open to customizing treatments.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Therapeutic Massage Certificate, Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy Student - January 2016 to February 2017 682 hours classroom/coursework 200+ hours clinical practice

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have practiced massage on friends and family for 10 years prior to going to school. Everyone's reaction to my touch is what led me to pursue this career. It was difficult for me because I personally have suffered chronic discomforts and pains due to injuries. I dedicate going to school and being exposed to massage as what helped me heal from years of pain. From my experience massage can be life changing and I wish to share this as my career.
