Jared responded quickly. He and Todd took down our old 75" TV and mounted the new one. He also checked our receiver and found that it was disconnected, so took care of that as well.

The installer was on time (five minutes early in fact) and did everything needed to install the TV, from unboxing the mount through to getting it on the wall and adjusted well, in just under an hour. Very professional and great! Would recommend.

I needed my TV mounted on a brick fireplace using a pull down mount. I got 3 bids. I went with Jared from Diversified based on our interactions and his reviews. He listed to what I wanted, made suggestions on what I would need to do when I upgrade to a larger TV. It was a great experience and I can see why he has so many 5 star reviews I will definitely use this company again. They do more than home theater/ tvs. I've already asked them to bid another remodel project.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate of $120 to mount a TV, this includes hanging the TV on the wall with a customer provided mount. Additional charges: $35 for a wire concealment consists of hiding the wire behind the sheetrock for a clean look. $35 dollars to install on brick, or stone. $35 dollars for any Job further than 25 miles from zip code 66227 If you have all 4 options I will give a $20 dollar discount on the TV mount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over the project with each one of my customers and verify what they want before we complete the work that is requested. Once complete I make sure they are 100% satisfied before we collect payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 8 years of experience in TV mounting for both residential and commercial applications. We have over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, roofing, and painting.
