John did a very thorough job (complete engine replacement on a Walker mower, plus some other routine maintenance), was very reasonably priced, picked up and delivered the machine, and communicated often and completely throughout the process. The "new" mower is running great and I couldn't have asked for better service. This was a MUCH better decision than having the work done by my local dealer. (dt in Cass County, MO)
