We provide catering for all events and not just your normal BBQ catering. Blind Box is a scratch kitchen and comes up with new ways to modernize traditional Kansas City BBQ on a daily basis. We can customize our menu to your liking and will work with you to make your event the best it can be.
We take great pride in providing new and unique flavors to the traditional BBQ. We make everything in house from scratch and pride ourselves on great service and great food.

We catered Blind Box for a dinner at our house and everyone raved about the food. Love everything especially the burnt ends and sausage. And the BBQ nachos. And the ribs. And the corn on the Cobb. And the beans. And the carrot cake. 👍

The service was terrific and food was even better!! Kemer and Joe were right on time and got everything set up beautifully. We served right at 150 and everyone that I talked to thought the food was delicious!

Blind Box catered our company picnic last September with a variety of fresh BBQ'd meats and vegetarian kabobs! Everything was delicious! They have unique ideas for any occasion! Try them....you won't be disappointed!

In short our every experience with Blind Box has been positive! Joe and his crew catered our daughters wedding in July 2016 - the response from all in attendance was 'wow, great job' on the food selection and service provided. The 'Jucy Lucy' sandwich has easily become a favorite sandwich...anywhere!
