The cleaning was just OK. I must be honest, a deep cleaning in my opinion, should have been much more than what was done that day. After they left, I surveyed the house and to be fair, the work that was done was done well. The problem, however, was that we were very explicit in our needs and wants for a deep cleaning after purchasing the new house and paid extra for said cleaning. The job that was done look to be what we wanted on a regular basis, and nothing more. Certain things were not to satisfaction; some of the dirtiest windows were left untouched after specific request to have them cleaned, cleaner residue left on tub that wasn't cleaned off(we have pets who came downstairs with it all over them as they like to play in the tub), dirty fingerprints left in walls above registers that were cleaned, and the inside of the microwave and fridge were not touched after a specific ask of appliances being scrubbed.... The biggest thing that surprised us, was that his girlfriend came along as he had hurt his shoulder, which normally would be fine. Except; In my original email looking for quotes, I was extremely specific that we have many cats and the person that comes needs to be able to work around them and with them. Turns out she was severely allergic, and this made me really nervous throughout the entire cleaning. Chalking this up to what could have been lack of clear communication on our part, or just an off day. Will give a couple rounds of normal cleaning to see if it to satisfaction and we will continue to hire .

Mike did awesome! Way better than I ever expected. The carpet had a terrible smell from our dog peeing on it and the smell is gone. :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Differences in the sizes of homes and offices makes standard pricing difficult. While some cleaning does have standard pricing such as hard surface floor scrubbing with our orbiter machine is $45.00 per hour. These project typically take less than an hour to a couple hours depending on the sq. footage of the floors, and the level of build up on the floors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When beginning work with a new customer I really prefer to be able to do an in home, office, or property estimate, which is always free. This allows me to give the best prices to my customers, and allows my customers to customize the work they want done.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing cleaning work around six years ago for another company. We worked with real estate and private homes doing clean puts and detailed cleaning.
