Professional,efficient, and very knowledgable. We are extremely pleased with hiring Outlook. Jonathan put comfort in they inspection process of our new construction. Jonathan's inspection of a new home for purchase, along with the very detailed documentation that he prepared, were very thorough and allowed me to successfully negotiate with the sellers to have them make repairs prior to closing. His report included details of items in need of repair, specific recommendations, and many photos to further support his assessment. Jonathan was very responsive and thorough in answering any questions. I would highly recommend Jonathan's services for home inspections.

Jonathan is fully licensed in the state of North Carolina. A graduate of Gardner-Webb University, he completed his home inspection training and has apprenticed with and been mentored by Garland Rice of Tryon, NC. Garland is a veteran Master Home Inspector and 30 year licensed builder in both North and South Carolina.
