Please read this review!!!! I can not say enough of Jonathan and Nashville Events & Catering. My daughter got married on January 13, 2018 in Hendersonville, TN. That was the weekend of the big ice/snow storm. It was a rough go. Friday night Nashville Airport closed, and a few out of towners could not make it. Hairdresser was snowed in Saturday morning. I spoke with Jonathan Friday night and he assured me he will be there. Jonathan and his crew was there early and took over and made sure everything was perfect. We had a buffet of three entrées, three veggies, and three unique appetizers and all the food was delicious. What a class act! The servers were impeccable! Our guest continue to compliment us on the catering. Any request we had was responded like we were royalty. From preparing the champagne for the toast, serving the cake. The servers worked with smiles and grace. The immediate family stay long after the guest left and Jonathan stay over because we had to have a licensed bartender. He was there till the end. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We get some basic information to learn about the customers wants and needs. Then we get a little more in depth to really see what we can do to make the customers event perfect and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our executive chef Jonathan Austin has been an executive chef for over 14 years and worked in the food industry for over 19 years. He has worked for very well known company's like Seasons 52 & Kona Grill as there executive chef. With almost 20 years in the kitchen and a culinary background ranging from simple southern foods to fine dinning ans sushi. Jonathan's goal is to provide seasonally inspired food that caters to your event.
