Introduction: MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING ***IN-PERSON AND REMOTE WORKSHOPS!!!!!*** I am a DISRUPTOR... I am UNAPOLOGETICALLY COURAGEOUS... I am Spiritually GROUNDED... I am MAGICALLY ORGASMIC... I am BEYOND AUTHENTIC! This is the mantra that I teach to my TRIBE and to the participants of my lectures and workshops. WHY? Because so many of us go through life playing small. Because we think (or someone told us) we're not enough. We let fear control us. We limit ourselves as life passes us by. I was that person. Why should someone hire me? Because I'm really...really...really good at what I do. I'm dynamic, engaging, interactive, fun, and funny. I'm real and I bring it. I've been speaking for over two decades. I work with groups ranging from middle school all the way up. I've motivated, inspired, and taught students, educators, administrators, professionals, health care workers, and laypeople. In addition, I have a huge biology background, health, and human science teaching background, and way too much life experience (with lots of bad choices)...all culminating in an amazing lecture experience! COACHING FOR WOMEN ***GROUP COACHING - FULLY REMOTE*** I specialize in working with women who...have been (or currently are) in narcissistic or toxic relationships, suffer from Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome, live with depression, and anxiety, suffer from PTSD or CPTSD as a result of a toxic relationship. I offer GROUP sessions. The group provides additional support so very needed for the women who have or are currently dealing with toxic individuals. Groups sessions are available (all eastern time zone): M 6-7 pm W 7-8 pm Sa 9:30-10:30 Sa 11-12 I help women find themselves again, heal from the trauma, become self-aware, fall in love with themselves, live a mindful life, and to unapologetically become the badass warriors in their own lives.
