- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on a commission basis, this is discussed in full at the first meeting if you are selling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is either a conversation (phone, email, etc) and then to set an appointment to discuss the details. This first meeting is very important, we all need to make sure the ideals and needs are going to be able to be met. I am very interested in my clients and treat them just as how I would want to be treated. Buying or selling your home is a large life decision and should be handled as such.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business with a major of Marketing, this helps to better understand the aspects of Real Estate my clients don't have time or desire to spend their time to worry about.
