Jodi is by far the best realtor we have ever had. She had sold two houses for us and helped us find another (that was a foreclosure which is hard work). She walked us through the process each time and made sure we were being realistic. She talked us off the ledge and held us accountable each time which we really appreciated. Over the years Jodi has become more than a realtor but a family friend. We plan on Jodi being our life time realtor and would highly recommended her for any real estate needs. What sets her apart is her honestly, hard work, and dedication to meet our needs not just her own. Once when we sold our house we received a letter from an attorney concerning a defaulted mortgage from the new owners. Jodi took the paperwork to an attorney and walked us through the process. She did not have to do any of that. She saved us time and money and went above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. Another time when we purchased a piece of land with a family member (our family did not use Jodi to represent us) Jodi weighed in on the process when we had questions...even when she did not represent us! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on a commission basis, this is discussed in full at the first meeting if you are selling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is either a conversation (phone, email, etc) and then to set an appointment to discuss the details. This first meeting is very important, we all need to make sure the ideals and needs are going to be able to be met. I am very interested in my clients and treat them just as how I would want to be treated. Buying or selling your home is a large life decision and should be handled as such.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business with a major of Marketing, this helps to better understand the aspects of Real Estate my clients don't have time or desire to spend their time to worry about.
