- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get ahold of the potential client over the phone, get a brief description of what they want done, and schedule an appointment to come see it in person. Once I've seen everything that needs done, I will measure, inspect, calculate, etc. Allowing for the most accurate estimate possible. Within 2-5 days I will email the full estimate along with the virtual design, (if the job pertains to design.) Hopefully the client approves and a date is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally was a foreman for a large landscaping company for 4 years during the summer while attending Ball State for Landscape Architecture. My other two partners bothhave 10+ years of experience in the area as well. All 3 of us have each been certified Paver and Concrete Professionals from completing the TEC unilock Hardscapes Classes.
