FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We'll find something that works for both of us, but the more important question is value. For whoever you hire - do they bring enough value to your audience to warrant whatever they charge? It is my goal to deliver at least 10x more value than your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part of the process is our connection. First, I want you to research me - find out whether you resonate with my energy, how I present, and my views on life. If you do, it's time to get in touch. You can email, call, or text me - although texting is probably the fastest way to reach me. That will allow us to set up a time to chat on the phone and get to know each other. It's important for us both to be excited about working with each other. This conversation is also where I can answer any questions you may have about me, presentation topics, specific requests, and the like. I'll want to know all about your audience, their particular needs and preferences, and what they've liked and disliked in the past. We will also discuss logistics and audio/visual if required. On the day of the event, I'll arrive about 30 minutes ahead of time to check out the space, make sure the audio works, and that everything is set up for your audience to have a truly transformational experience. I'll want to meet you and any other event organizers as well. After the presentation, I'll stick around for about 15-45 minutes for Q&A, depending on the length and nature of the presentation. Some longer, more interactive presentations offer more opportunities to come up with questions so we'll want more time to fully answer those. That will allow me to further connect with your audience, and get even more personal in ways they may not get in other presentations. If the event lends itself to it, I also like sticking around after the Q&A to take pictures with people, and answer more personal questions that people may not have felt comfortable bringing up in front of the group.
