Introduction: I handle the whole spectrum from western medicine, to the eastern holistic! I’m a Certified Neuromuscular Therpist and a Reiki Master. I specialize in Pain Management, so my massages are medical and specific to chronic pain (migraines, whiplash, sciatica, etc). I also can help balance your energy by helping to move stuck energy from your chakras, and sometimes tuning into mediumship. I don’t usually combine the two, but am more than willing to!

Cara is AMAZING! I am a return customer and I will forever book her for my sessions. Being a professional tap dancer I’m certainly put through ALOT of rigorous training and I’m so happy I have found someone who knows what they are doing and knows how to pin point and relieve injuries and tensions.
I have also done amazing reiki and energy work with Cara and she is just the best. Can not recommend her more highly!!

I started suffering from lower back pain this last year that quickly escalated to where I felt I could barely function. I was in and out of tje doctor with seemingly no answer for relief. After my first session with Cara I found the answer! I experienced immediate relief and after a few more appointments virtually all of the pain is gone. She explains everything as she works on different muscle groups and how they are all tied together. Cara is literally a lifesaver!

Cara is a MIRACLE WORKER. I’ve had a herniated disc for years that no one could help. When it went out, I was on back for two weeks at least. But then I met Cara. She has me back on my feet in a day. It’s incredible!
