He came out and gave an estimate. He loved the house I picked and stated that if we didn't buy he will. The run down house had been on the market for almost a year with no offers and no views, but all of a sudden an offer was put in on the same day I submitted the offer and my offer was not accepted. No one else had access to the house because we still had the key. I also contacted him to repair soffits on my home, we set a date, he never came by to do the repair, and didn't call to say he wasn't coming "no call no show." He told us he would email me the estimate on Monday and didn't hear from him until I contacted him days later. He still didn't send the estimate until days later at the end of the week after the "mysterious persons" offer was accepted. The estimate was missing quite a few important items that I had to ask him to add. As a professional, I found that he's full of lies and can't be trusted!

i am sorry for the stuff over at your house not getting fixing but i let you know that i was running behind most importantly i have never made a offer on that house i dont want to house i have no idea what you are talking about im sorry you didnt get the house house but dont blame that on me once you can see who bought it thru public records i would ask that you take this review off you will see that neither i or anybody that i know bought or offered to buy this house and i do not appreciate this begging blamed on me

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! He showed up promptly to give me an estimate and collect my $500 deposit to put me a privacy fence. Jason told me it would be a 3 or 4 day job no longer than a week. Well needless to say that was 7/29/16 today is 8/29/16 and my job isn't even half way complete!! He came out him and his mom started building the fence worked a couple hours and left and has yet to return. We had a few days rain and that's the excuse he's been using everytime we talk. He keeps telling me about all the other jobs he has to finish to get to me, I have a half of a fence and building materials on my lawn!! Well long story short I got fed up with all the lies via text message, because he doesn't want to lie over the phone so he'll text you some lame brain excuse as to why he didn't show up at the time or day he promised you!! I hired another company to start completely over because the refused to go behind his work. So by all means do not use this company or any other company assosiated with Jason Satterfield. PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXPERIENCED. Everything in his profile is false!!!

I charge $60 a labor hour or I can give a flat per job price. Which ever the customer wishes

I prefer to sit down face to face and talk about the project. Take notes on what the customer is wanting. Then I will make a plan present it to the customer with a fair price and hope to shake hands

I have been doing remodels for 15 years. My father in law which works with me has been doing remodels for 30+
