- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when first dealing with a new customer I meet them at the place where they are needing the work done and give them an estimate while I'm there. They can either schedule an appointment then or call me when they are able to check their schedule
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting Zero Streak Window Cleaning I worked in the same industry for about 7 years. I have been in some forms of customer service for 25 years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I would give customers is to check the reviews and the business website. Also make sure the company is insured
