FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always like to have some type of consultation before comitting to a client. Getting to know their needs and wants to do the very best job with out comprimising the integrity of thier hair. Normally $50-$75 for a reg. cut and color w/ a few highlights around face to blend or cover grey or to breakup darkness, it always is dependent upon how much product I would have to use by the thickness and length of your hair. Anything can be discussed or negotiated as well though.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation over the phone to get an idea of what needs to be done, sending a pic. is the best way to determine wants and needs so that their is no confusion. I am a color specialist as well, so I can def. fix any UH-OHS ! or OOPS! you might have experienced at the salon! I also believe healthy hair is pretty hair, and can def. get you and your hair back on a healthy regimen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Aveda graduate, have much training in color correction and straightening systems as well as certified Hot Head Extensions.
