- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not maintain a standard pricing system. I prefer to treat every job as I would every different customer, and be sensitive to the particular needs in that instance. No two jobs are ever the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I come in contact with a customer for the first time, I like to set a time for me to meet with them and look at their project. That will give us an opportunity to discuss their ideas and answer their questions or concerns. Typically within 24 hours I will return a proposal for their review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of working experience and a lifetime of jobsite experience.
