- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no discounts. Pricing is difficult if your not able to see the or business for the cleaning project. Without seeing the project I have a standard first time price. Then, I drop the price for repeat cleaning. It's best to discuss with the customer over the phone about the project. I then can ask the customer questions and can make suggestions where everything is agreeable and on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, to discuss what the customer needs are and making sure the that I meet their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated myself by doing research for environmental safe cleaning solutions and best cleaning solution to use for smell of refreshing the home or business.
