Tom is creative and resourceful. Which means you can have a wide variety of foods at very reasonable prices. He likes a challenge and understands the role of food in entertaining as well larger group activities. He has catered two wedding receptions for us way out of town and other smaller events.

Tom cooked again this summer for a long weekend at our beach house. It was awesome. Crab feast one night and Kobe beef on Sunday. He is fun, creative and highly skilled. He did the shopping meal planning and cooking. Great value😎
